The nano ring method is gentle on your natural hair, as no heat is needed to attach them. The nano rings (without silicone) are included in the delivery. Installing nano ring extensions

Attaching nano ring extensions requires some practice - but if the nano rings are attached correctly, this method will not cause any damage to your hair. Roughly speaking, these are the steps:

First, part the hair: To do this, make a horizontal parting and pin the hair up on the top of the head.
Then separate a single strand that is about as thick as your nano ring strand.
The strand is threaded through the nano ring using the loop needle. The ring should be placed about 0.5 cm from the scalp.
The ring is now firmly pressed shut using the micro ring pliers.
Repeat the process until all strands are attached.

Caring for nano ring extensions

Nano ring extensions usually only need to be moved up every 3-4 months. However, to ensure that your hair looks good for a long time, you should pay attention to the following tips when caring for them.

Be careful in water that contains salt or chlorine, as this can damage the extensions. You should therefore tie your hair up when swimming.

After washing, you should blow-dry your extensions on a medium setting instead of letting them air dry.

If you want to comb through your extensions, please start at the ends and slowly work your way up.

Are nanoring extensions suitable for people with fine hair?

Generally, the nanoring method can be used on fine natural hair. It is important to ensure that enough of the client’s hair is pulled through the ring so that the extension strand can be applied securely. However, if the client has extremely fine and thin natural hair, the extensions may, under certain circumstances, slip out more easily. In most cases, either Invisible Tapes or Genius Wefts are more suitable for fine, thin hair. However, it always depends on the individual client’s hair.

Can you apply these extensions yourself?

We advise against it. It is recommended that you always have nanoring extensions installed and removed professionally by a hairdresser. This ensures the best possible hold and a beautiful end result. Even if you are a professional yourself, it is particularly difficult to apply the nanorings neatly at the back of the head. That is why we recommend having the extensions applied by an experienced professional.

Are the rings included in the delivery?

Yes! Nano rings (without silicone) and a loop needle with a plastic handle are included with the nano ring extensions.
